What is a privacy policy?
A privacy policy tells you how a Web site deals with your personal information. It will tell you what kinds of personal information is collected (like your e-mail address, your last name, or your address), how it will be used (if you're sending an e-greeting or entering a contest, for example) and whether it will be shared with other people. What is COPPA? How does Kabillion comply?
The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) went into effect in April 2000. It sets rules for anyone who runs a Web site for kids under 13 years old. The rules deal with how a Web site can use personal information you might give to the site, such as your e-mail address or last name, so that you and your parents will know what information is being collected and how it might be used. How do I sign up on Kabillion?
Signing up on Kabillion is quick, free, and a piece of cake! Go to
http://www.kabillion.com/ and click the "Join Now!" button on the top right. You'll create a username and choose a password. When you're done, you'll receive an e-mail where you can confirm your account and start playing!
What are the costs of joining Kabillion?

Why doesn't the site accept my username?
Either someone else has already taken it, you're using your real name OR it didn't pass our filters (we make sure no bad words are used!). Make sure that the username you choose is not offensive or it won't be accepted!
What is a confirmation e-mail? Why do we need it?
After you sign up, we will send you an e-mail to make sure that the e-mail address you provided is accurate. This is the confirmation e-mail. It is a method for us to confirm that the e-mail is a legitimate one. Once you receive it, you will need to click on the provided link and you will formally be a part of Kabillion. Enjoy!
Why does Kabillion require activation?
We require you to activate and confirm your account so we can keep the site free of spam and other not-so-nice things. There are lots of robots out there that will sign up for a Web site just to spam it! We try to stop this by requiring activation.
How do I activate my account?
Activation is simple. When you sign-up, you are required to enter a valid e-mail address. The address can be yours or your parents'. Once you have secured your Kabillion Username and Password, check your e-mail for a new message from us with confirmation instructions!
What if I don't see my confirmation e-mail?
If you've checked your inbox and don't see a confirmation e-mail, this could mean one of three things:
1) The email hasn't arrived yet. Though Kabillion sends you your activation email instantly, it can take time for your email provider to deliver it. The typical lag time for most members is five to ten minutes.
2) Your activation email may have already arrived but is hidden in either your spam or bulk email folder.
3) You may have accidently deleted the email. If that is the case,

Active accounts have more privileges than accounts that have not yet completed the process! You can make your own avatar, earn Kachings to purchase clothes and furniture for yourself, and get member exclusive access to all areas of the site! Everybody wins!
What happens if I don't activate my account?
You will still be able to use most of the areas of the site, but you'll be missing out on half the fun that can be had on Kabillion! There's no reason not to activate your account!

Where do I find out about how to earn Kachings?
A good place to start is by reading the forums and asking other users if they have any suggestions. There are plenty of people on Kabillion who are willing to help you get started! (We'll give you a hint: the more you post in the forums, the more Kachings you get!)
Do all games earn Kachings?
No, some games will not reward you with Kachings but you will still enjoy the game! Try them all out and see which earn you Kachings!
Can I trade items or Kachings to my friends?
K-Cash is a special kind of point system we offer that users can take advantage of and unlock tons of special items! You and your parents can find more information on the Bank page.
I tried putting clothes on my Avatar, and it didn't work! What's wrong with my computer?
Have you cleared your cache recently? Sometimes your Internet browser may need to restart or your temporary internet files need to be cleared in order for the Avatar Builder to work.
There's something on my profile called "User Votes." What is that?
When you visit someone's Hang Out other than your own, you'll notice a button that will let you give it a Thumbs Up or a Thumbs Down to rank! You can tell other users how great their Hang Out is with a Thumbs Up, or maybe let them know they need to spruce it up a bit with a Thumbs Down. Be fair - you wouldn't want someone Thumbs Downing you, now would you?!
Everyone's talking about Powerpacks! What is a Powerpack and how do I get one?
A Powerpack is an awesome item that dresses your Avatar in a complete outfit in seconds! You can buy them in the shops, but they're only available with K-Cash, so if you see someone walking around in one, make sure to let them know how jealous you are! (Of course, you can always go get some K-Cash and buy one yourself!)
How do I take items out of my Hang Out?
When you go into your Hang Out page, click on "My Hang Out" in the items box. Then, click on the item you want to take out, and a pop-up with a drop-down menu will appear. Click "Place In/Take Out" to remove an item!
How do I save the Kabillion wallpapers?
All you have to do is choose one of the resolution/size that you want on your computer, right-click on the picture after it has loaded, and click on "Save Image As...." Then you will choose where to save it on your computer. You can also directly click on "Set As Desktop Background," depending on what kind of computer you have.
How do I use a Kabillion IM icon?
Just click on the icon you want and you'll get a pop-up prompt asking you if you want to change your buddy icon! If this doesn't work, try turning on your IM program and then clicking on the icon.
How do I send someone an E-Greeting?
Easy! Make sure you're logged in, then click the E-Greeting you want to send and fil in their name, e-mail address, and what you want to say! You can preview it too before you send it. When it's ready, just hit send!
How do I enter the contests?
Many of our contests are advertised all over the site - just click one of the banners and you'll be taken to the contest page. From there, follow the instructions on how to enter. Only members can be entered, though, so make sure you sign up! You can also go to http://kabillion.com/community/contests/ to see the other contests we have to offer!

You can purchase K-Cash using our secure Pay Pal system. You can buy K-Cash in denominations of 100, 200, and 600 K-Cash
Can I still use Kachings to buy my items?
Of course, you can always earn and use your Kachings.
What is the difference between Kachings "In your pocket" and Kachings "In your account"?
Only the Kachings "In your pocket" can be spent at all the shops. But the Kachings deposited "In your bank" account earn you interest!
How do I earn Interest?
Interest is earned on the amount of Kachings you've deposited into your bank account. Don't forget you must visit the bank everyday and click the collect interest button to collect your interest! Interest is earned on your Bank Balance at midnight.
Where do my donated Kachings go?
Your donated Kachings will go to the less fortunate Kabillionaires. Your name will be added to the donation so that other can see how generous you are.
